Medical Insurance Employee is covered under the group mediclaim policy with United India Insurance for his hospitalization expenses. Incentives & Bonus Performance linked incentives both team and individual have been designed & offered as such to motivate the employee to work to his highest potential.All exemplary work has been duely recognized with monetary rewards in the form of incentives & bonuses Vacation & Holidays All full-time salaried employees start accruing vacation after six months of employment. Referral Bonus Plan We encourage our consultants to play an active role in the growth of Cevalsoft, we want our candidates to refer people and business, we offer good compensation plans. Candidate referral : We pay 10 %*of the monthly salary of the candidates that were referred by employees and hired by Cevalsoft * Terms and conditions apply Business referral : We pay upto Rs10000/-** for each business referral that results in successful business materialization. ** Terms and conditions apply Training and Certifications Reimbursement We encourage our employees to be optimal in their knowledge. We encourage our employees and consultants to be certified. Cevalsoft reimburses all approved training & certification fees upon successful completion. Trainer /Mentor Professional Fee We take pride in honing our in house resources to impart professional knowledge and on the job training to our trainees/ freshers. Cevalsoft compensates them adequately with a specialized package fee. . Workers Compensation All employees are eligible under Workers Compensation plans - In the unfortunate event of any job related injury, they may receive a portion of their salary until the time of return to work. The limit on the total amount and the period they may draw benefits are set by the state and plans Work Visa Sponsorship We sponsor work visa’s for our employees and assist in family sponsorships.
