A Center of Excellence at Ceval Soft refers to the streamlined approach with a technology-focus that captures the requirements of the clients, analyses it and deploys the ideal Solutions’ Delivery Model; by aiming at cost-effectiveness, on-time / on-spec delivery and efficiency. It also has the scope of imparting advanced skills in a chosen technological domain, providing greater visibility to migrate the resources towards fulfilling the clients’ requirements.

Ceval Soft adopts the following two Solutions Delivery Models.

• Time and Material Model

Time and Material Model delivers Solutions to IT companies with best-suited and affordably-priced Resources for various Requirements. With this model of Solution Delivery, Ceval Soft provides great value to the clients. The essence of this model, abbreviated as T&M is that the Clients’ Requirements can also be evolving and flexible since the inception of the project.

Ceval Soft offers Time and Material Model of Solutions to various IT Companies’ Requirements in the US, based on the Beneficial Costing Scheme. The Clients are priced based on the actual hours of work contributed by the Solutions Delivery Team.

Time and Material Model of Solution will augment the required Resources, by providing On-site Resources, Off-site Resources contributing from Home at the US or from our Indian Facility by connecting through E1 / VPN.

• Dedicated Resource Model

As per the Dedicated Resources Model, Clients are provided with Consultancy, Support and Development services in the areas of Database Solutions, Agile Solutions and CRM Solutions. A Dedicated Team works in collaboration with the Clients; provides them with expertise and Support Functions.

A Dedicated Resource Model signifies that a Client’s Requirements in the domains of RDBMS and Web Development are being executed with a dedicated Team of professionals. This Dedicated Resource Model of Solution focuses on Database Administration, Web Development and Support Functions. Database administration tasks are done from a single focal point to a global domain. Web based development is done in various software technologies. Offsite – onsite based development along with VPN based production support.

Ceval Soft does also impart Corporate Training on Selected Technology areas within the scope of its Centers of Excellence.
